CUSTOM TEXT EXPAND (Very Time Saving)
With this function You can create customize shortcuts which will be replace with text as you want.
For Example my name is Sachin Bhawar so I can set "sb" as it's shortcut, so then whenever I type sb in any software/browser/document in my computer it will replace it with Sachin Bhawar. just like this I have create another shortcut "fspd" which replaces with "For SPD and Associates" You can set as many shortcuts as you want.
To Add Custom shortcuts.
Press NumLock Button then Go to Text Expand then Add or Edit custom shortcut, this will open a text file.

In this text file you can type your shortcuts in a new line. shortcut text in left side of equal sign and it's replacement in right side of equal sign. Just like below
sb=Sachin Bhawar
fspd=For SPD and Associates
Note-After adding new shortcut, save that text file and press Refresh Newly Added Shortcut button below Add or Edit Cutom Shortcut
There may come time when you are typing some word or OTP which spelling includes your shortcut, so it will replace that word/OTP also with it's expand, in this case you will need to first turn of text expand feature by pressing "Exit Text Expand" button in "text expand menu" and you can also start it again with "Start Text Expand" button.
If your shortcut's replacement is of more than one line, There is just one condition that whatever replacement you are creating you can not use "enter button" as each line of notepad is alloted to seperate shortcut, if you have some text which is more than one line then you can set it as shortcut by following method.
Sachin Bhawar,
Article Assistant,
SPD and Associates,
Chartered Accountants.
So now I want to add these 4 lines as shortcut to "fsb" then I need to add following single line in that notepad file
fsb=Sachin Bhawar,{Enter} Article Assistant, {Enter} SPD and Associates, {Enter} Chartered Accountants.

TIP:If You are entering date-wise data in a excel file (suppose of April Month) you can make "/" to be replaced with "/04/2020" so whenever you type 24 (any date) and press / it will complete date for you 24/04/2020 (In short by pressing it month and year will automatically inserted)
What will happen if I used more than one line in that notepad file
Answer is little scary, whenever you press enter it will paste entire content of that notepad file there
OMG then how can I get rid of that issue, solution is simple in the tray menu of taskbar (Right side of taskbar in that small triangle) you will find Text expands Icon Running simply right click on it and select Exit Now just open that text file again by pressing numpad button and make changes in that particular shortcut or remove it completely (Also make sure that there no extra spaces or enter button pressed after last shortcut)
